Europa (Portugal, United Kingdom, France, Italy and Germany) throught the transport company DHL, DPD o GLS.

Europa: the delivey time is 3 to 5 working days*, from the next businness day to make the purchase. *Working days: Monday to friday excluding holidays.

EEUU: the delivey time is 2 to 3 working days*, from the next businness day to make the purchase. *Working days: Monday to friday excluding holidays.

On busy dates such as Black Friday or Christmas the order may be delayed due to the high workload of the transport company.

Mode of delivery

Home deliveries  will be made at the address indicated by the customer in the order form.

Unclaimed orders

Please note that, regardless of the shippping method, that order that is not claimed in the following 10-15 days form its shipment will be returned to our facilities by the delivery company. The return costs will be charged directly to the customer and the following situations may occur:

-The order is returned to our facilities for repeated absence at delivery address.

-The order is returned to our facilities due to the abandonment of the goods at collection points agreed with the customer.

-The customer shall bear the shipping costs, corresponding to the country of destination, for both the outward and return shipment.

Customs

If the package for reasons unrelated to the company is returned to origin, the customs amount will be borne by the customer.
