GyneFer contains 30mg of Ferginate®, a patented, next-generation iron with a microcapsule that protects it from the acidic pH of the stomach, avoiding gastric side effects, such as nausea and vomiting. It is progressively released into the duodenum upon contact with bile salts, preventing the accumulation of free iron in the gut, avoiding intestinal side effects such as diarrhea, constipation, proliferation of pathogenic bacteria and alteration gut microbiota. Because of its mechanism of action, it does not interact with medicines or food.
GyneFer® also includes in its formulation 80mg of vitamin C, which increases by 30% the absorption of iron and favors the mobilization of deposits of this mineral in the body; 100mg of Coenzyme Q10, an antioxidant that provides energy to cells; and 2.5mcg of Methylcobalamin (the active form of vitamin B12), which contributes to the formation of blood cells. These components also contribute to reducing tiredness and fatigue, characteristic symptoms of iron-deprived states.
GyneFer® of Gynea is especially indicated for the different stages of a woman's life (growth, menarche, pregnancy, postpartum and menopause). Also for diets poor in iron, gastrointestinal disturbances, eating disorders, abuding menstruations or intermittent losses. It is available in a pack of 30 soft gelatin capsules, its postlogy is 1 capsule per day or the dose recommended by your doctor or pharmacist, before or after meals and you do not need a prescription.
