Magnesium deficiency can manifest with fatigue, muscle weakness, cramps... Magnesium insufficiency can be detected mainly through irritability and emotional instability accompanied by decreased reflexes, muscle uncoordination, apathy and weakness. In addition, poor magnesium intake is associated with cardiovascular disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, anxiety, migraines and osteoporosis.
Ingredients per tablet: Magnesium carbonate 1222 mg (equivalent to 300 mg Magnesium). Excipients: citric acid, gasifier (E-500), aroma, sweeteners (E-952, E-954), inulin, dye (E-101).
