• It is a hypo-calorie preparation, enriched in proteins (18 g per 25.5 g ration), low in lipids (0.8 g per 25.5 g ration) and glutides (2.5 g per 25.5 g serving). Its energy value is 93 kcal for each 25.5 g serving and 77 kcal for each 21.3 g serving.

Preparation 18g of Proteins:

Cream: add 3 saucepans in 115 ml of cold water and mix until dissolved.

Shake: add 3 saucepans in 220 ml. of cold water. Stir until dissolved.

Preparation - 15g protein:

Cream: add 2 saucepans in 90 to 100 ml. of cold water. Stir until dissolved. Place in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes.

Mousse: Same preparation as the Cream, incorporating an egg white and stirring vigorously.

Shake: add 2 saucepans in 180 to 200 ml. of cold water, stir until dissolved.
