How to Use URGO Rechargeable Electrotherapy Patch:

1. PREPARATION OF THE RECHARGE

• Open the plastic envelope and take a refill of adhesive gel.
• Gently remove the blue protective film making sure that the two parts of the adhesive gel are held in place on the clear film.
• Keep the blue protective film to put it back on the patch after each use.

2. PATCH PREPARATION

• Using the transparent protective film, correctly position the two parts of gel on the patch making sure that they are perfectly superimposed on the two parts of the electrical circuit of the patch.
• Remove the clear protective film, making sure the gels remain in the patch (hold the gel in place with your finger if necessary).
• 1 adhesive gel = 30 uses approx.

3. APPLICATION AND INITIATION OF THE PATCH

• For a first use, we recommend applying the patch on a non-painful area located in your visual field (the arm, for example), to test it and understand how it works. Then, you can put it on the painful area
• Apply the patch on the sore area and briefly press the power button: a beep will sound and a green light will illuminate. "Program 1 is selected"
• If you do not see a green light or hear a beep, this means that the patch is without charge. Recharge the patch using the supplied cable.

4. PROGRAM SELECTION

• There are 5 programs available. Each program has a duration of 30 minutes. To learn more, refer to the full manual.
• When you turn on the patch, program 1 will be selected by default: This is the recommended program for prime use.
• To change programs, press and hold the (+) button (3 sec. approx. until you hear a series of beeps): 2 loud beeps indicate that the program 2 has been activated. Release the button. Make a long press to move to the 3:3 beep program. You can repeat the procedure until the program 5: 5 beeps.
• To start stimulation, move on to the next stage.

5. INITIATION OF STIMULATION AND INTENSITY ADJUSTMENT

• Once the program is selected, press once and briefly the (+) button to start the stimulation.
• You can adjust the intensity by briefly pressing the (+) and (-) buttons.
• There are 15 intensity levels available

6. PATCH SHUTDOWN

• After 30 minutes, the device automatically shuts down.
• If you want to turn off the device before the end of the session, briefly press the off button (The patch will turn off with 3 beeps and 3 light signals).

7. PATCH STORAGE

• Before removing the patch, make sure it is turned off. Remove the patch gently, making sure the gels remain in contact with the electrical circuit (hold the gel with your finger if necessary).
• Leave the gels on the patch and cover them with the blue protective film you previously reserved.
• Store the patch in the transport box.
• For the following uses, remove the blue protective film and go directly to step 3.
• NOTE: When your patch no longer adheres enough to the skin, it will be necessary to moisten the gels to prolong their lifespan.
