5. DELIVERY OF ORDERS

6. PRICE

- Transfer/Deposit to APOTHEKE GT account .
You can also pay for your purchases by bank transfer. The order will not be sent to you until you have received in our Bank the payment of the amount to which the amount of the purchase amount amounts plus the shipping costs if they proceed. The costs of the transfer will be borne by the buyer. When making the transfer, the order number and the customer's full name must be indicated as a reference.
9. VALUE ADDED TAX AND BILLING
As established by the tax legislation on Value Added Tax, the delivery of the items shall be understood as located in the territory of application of Spanish VAT if the delivery address is in Spanish territory except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. 10. RETURN POLICY. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, with the exception of the costs of delivery and return of the products, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such a refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction. You will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. 12. WARRANTY
With regard to the guarantee of products, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November grants goods of a durable nature a legal guarantee of 2 years from the date of delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
