How to Use Prim BruxiCalm Mouth Guard Night:

  • Adapt the protector on the teeth of the upper arch.
  • To customize the splint: 1. Heat water to 70º C, 2. Immerse the splint in the water for 12 seconds, 3. Insert the splint into the mouth and close it without gritting your teeth, 4. Close the lips, breathe in air and suction for 1 min, helping with the pressure of the fingers, 5. Remove the splint from the mouth and introduce it in cold water for at least 20 min.
