• Bodybell Pineapple Drink is a refreshing pineapple-flavored drink.
• It is an ideal low-calorie drink for a snack, enriched in protein, low in lipids and glutes, whose energy value is 75 kcal for each serving of 20, gr and 91 kcal for each serving of 24 g.

Preparation 18g of Proteins:

• Cream: add 3 saucepans in 115 ml of cold water and mix until dissolved.
• put it in the fridge for 15 to 30 min.
• Mousse: Same preparation as the Cream, incorporating an egg white and stirring vigorously.
• Shake: add 3 saucepans in 220 ml. of cold water. Stir until dissolved.

Preparation - 15g protein:

• Cream: add 2 saucepans in 90 to 100 ml. of cold water. Stir until dissolved. Place in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes.
• Mousse: Same preparation as the Cream, incorporating an egg white and stirring vigorously.
• Shake: add 2 saucepans in 180 to 200 ml. of cold water, stir until dissolved.
