How to use Dermaplast Active kinesiological tape 5 CM x 5M:

1. They can be applied following three main techniques, depending on the area to be treated.
2. "I" bandage: a single strip is used and is indicated for small or linear areas.
3. "Y" bandage - used for large muscles.
4. "X" bandage: also used for large and long muscles.
5. Any of these three types of bandage can be placed both with stretching of the sticker itself, or without it, depending on the objective of the strip.
6. In this sense, when you opt for kinesiological tapes without stretching, it is intended to facilitate blood and lymphatic circulation, while when you decide to stretch the bandage before putting it on, you try to have a mechanical correction and that the muscle works correctly.
