How to use HARTMANN Medical Burn Band-Aids 4.5 x 6.5CM:
- Disinfect your hands to eliminate most microorganisms and thus avoid cross-contamination
- Clean the wound with saline solution and gauze, dragging the dirt from the inside out, carefully to remove any remaining dirt or impurities.
- Disinfect the wound with povidone iodine.
- Before applying the dressing, check that the affected area is clean, dry and free of grease.
- Apply the dressing to avoid wrinkles, making sure that the hydrogel is right on the wound.
- Each dressing can be in contact with the wound for up to 4 days.
